This will be a great job for someone who is a self-starter, meaning that you have to be hardworking, diligent and a problem solver with an instinct for how to drive a file to a close
We pay base compensation equal to market and we expect that with time, you'll be able to earn multiples of that in commissions. It would be a good idea to check us out before you apply – google “Ches Crosbie” to get a feel for what we are doing.
You don't need to be an expert in personal injury... we'll support your skill and knowledge development. Basically, we are looking for someone who is smart, can follow coaching directions and wants to help people with legal claims.
To apply, email us...the subject line must read: “I want to help injury clients”
In your email tell us that you are willing to work on the terms we set out above and if you have done something along these lines before, make sure to tell us about it! If not, don’t worry, just tell us why you want to!
No phone calls...email only. We are ready to hire this week!
