Miramichi Pathology Class Action

Ches Crosbie Barristers and Wagners Law Firm in Nova Scotia are taking a class action on behalf of all persons affected by the pathology errors at Miramichi Regional Health Authority between 1995 and February 2007.

In early December 2008, we filed our Notice of Motion for class certification with the Court in New Brunswick. The next step is to obtain a date for the hearing of the certification motion.
