Q: Should I talk with the insurance company representative? Should I give a statement to the other insurance company?
A: Our recommendation is that you not speak to the insurance company representative for the person who hit you until you have spoken to an experience personal injury lawyer. Be aware that if you give a recorded statement to an insurance adjuster that statement may be used against you later. (Try this: ask the insurance adjuster if you can record a statement from the person who hit you!)

Is this right?
