Q: If this is my child’s case, will I need to bring my child into court at the time of trial?
A: Most likely, yes. But remember, depending on the age of the child, we would only ask the child to be in Court on one day, and only for a very short time. (In some cases, we only want the child there for a few minutes. In other cases, we need to question the child, and the questioning will not be very long in Court.) This should not deter anyone from asking about a potential case for their child.
