Moose Vehicle Collision Class Action Theme Song
I think everyone will enjoy this song by Bill Luffman, "Always be watching for moose". I like the last line in particular - the highways would be safer "if they declared open season on moose" - because it's true.
I thought readers of this blog might enjoy seeing the words to the song:
I travelled that highway so often
Modern cars and trucks at my use
I thought that I'd be superior
If I come in contact with a moose
But brother I sure was mistaken
From what happened last Tuesday night
The bull moose appeared out of no where
In the beams of my car's headlights
It all happened so quickly
No time to swerve or to brake
That big moose went clean over my bonnet
Totalling my car in its wake
I was lucky my injuries were minor
But my car will be no more of use
Be warned when you're driving the highway
And always be watching for moose
Because there are too many car moose encounters
Hear about them every day in the news
They could make our highways more safer
If they declared open season on moose.
