A Personal Injury Lawyer in Newfoundland
That's the search term I used in Google recently. Let's assume a consumer who may need to hire a personal injury lawyer has used those words to search Google.
What the injury victim will find is maybe 3 hits at the top of the page, which are paid advertisements but sometimes hard to tell that they are paid advertisements. On the right-hand side are ads which are easier to tell that they are ads.
Among the websites for Newfoundland and Labrador law firms that Google returns, will usually be some referral services which specialize in brokering clients to lawyers who pay to be on a referral list for the service.
Nowadays, the consumer may get hits from Google places, Facebook or even YouTube.
I have made helpful suggestions for finding the right accident and injury lawyer elsewhere, so for now I will just mention that one way of narrowing down your choice of lawyer is to look for testimonials and reviews on sites like the lawyer's website and Google places. Let's face it, we all like to know whether other consumers are satisfied with the product or service that we are considering. Hiring an injury lawyer can be a lot more important than most of the purchasing decisions that you ever make, so spending a little time reading testimonials and reviews is well worth it. Then if you really want to do your research, follow the other suggestions contained at my website and in my book 7 Deadly Sins, available free of charge by filling in the form above.
I wish you success in finding the personal injury lawyer in Newfoundland and Labrador who is right for your case!

FAQs
Auto Accidents and Car Wrecks
- Does it matter that I didn't see the doctor right after my car accident?
- Do I have to use my own health insurance for my auto accident injuries? I've been injury in a motor vehicle accident and my doctor has referred me for therapy. I have private health coverage through work and I have Accident Benefits Coverage on my auto policy. My auto insurer is telling me I have to use my own private health coverage to pay for therapy costs prior to accessing my Accident Benefits Coverage. Why?
- I was injured in a car accident and my insurance company is telling me I have to use my personal insurance (e.g. Desjardins, Blue Cross, Manulife) to pay for my massage therapy, physiotherapy and prescription drugs before I can use either the accident benefit coverage (Section B) on my automobile policy, or the insurance of the guy who hit me. Is this right?
